Because flowers are perishable goods, special return conditions apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch.

Once the order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • damaged flowers
  • incorrect bouquet
  • missing items

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photos of the product.

Depending on the situation we may offer:

  • product replacement
  • refund
  • store credit

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • recipient not available at delivery address
  • delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
